Diane has worked with individuals with disabilities for over 30 years. She received her master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and has been working as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist for over 27 years.
Diane's treatment philosophy has evolved through her many years of experience and she found providing recreational therapy within the community to be most rewarding and satisfying, especially in regards to long-lasting outcomes. Having run two successful businesses earlier in her career, Diane's entrepreneurial spirit drove her to create her own recreational therapy based agency and so Help-U-Bridge, LLC was developed to "bridge the gap between home and community."
In addition to enjoying her day-to-day work with individuals she serves, Diane also enjoys supporting young professionals gaining experience in the therapeutic recreation field. Over the years, she has supervised over 14 intern students while completing their required 15-week internship. She was awarded the New Jersey / Eastern Pennsylvania Therapeutic Recreation Association 2023 Excellence in Therapeutic Recreation Award.

"Identifying what independence and quality of life means to each individual we support and collaboratively creating ways to make that happen is a rewarding experience for all."
