Medically Fragile, Complex & Rare Disorders 

We have diversified experiences providing support to individuals with multiple diagnoses, medically fragile, medically complex and rare disorders including Smith-Lemli-Opitz, Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome, Brittle Bone Disease, Cerebral Palsy with spastic quadriplegia.

We use individualized strategies and approaches incorporating:

• Physical health and skills, including fine and gross motor, eye tracking, respiration and more

• The use of assistive technology such as a Dynovox, iPad, switches, and latest computer technology, which allows for the development of increased independence and daily life satisfaction

• Sensory exploration and integration including monitoring sensory overload

• Supportive, accessible, and safe community experiences
